Chad H. Foster, Jr.

Owner, Foster Farm & Ranch

Continuing the 200 year tradition of Texas land ownership, Chad Foster began brokering and selling Texas real estate more than 15 years ago. Born and raised in South Texas, Foster earned a business degree from Texas A&M University and now lives in Uvalde with his son. His knowledge of land development and market trends, in addition to his proficiency in ranch and wildlife management is exceptional.
Foster’s clients benefit from his experiences purchasing and selling both large and small tracts of recreational, investment, and development land. Foster’s process of cultivating legacies by bringing time-honored values to the table in every real estate transaction has earned a statewide reputation personifying trust, dedication, and success. Case Gatlin, Jr.

Born, raised and resides in Boerne, TX with his wife Brooklyn. Case grew up in the Texas hill country and ventured down south most weekends to the family ranch, where from a young age Case developed a true passion for the outdoors. Case enjoys hunting, fishing and exploring new places throughout Texas. A graduate of Texas Tech University where he majored in communications and minored in public relations. While attending college he guided upland bird & waterfowl hunts, managed a game bird farm and successfully raised and trained upland bird dogs.
In more recent years Case has been working more with exotic game operations while still guiding upland bird hunts and running his dogs when and where he can. Working and improving your own piece of Texas is what drove Case to pursue this profession from a very young age. He believes there is nothing more rewarding than finding that perfect piece of land, a bigger piece of sky for his valued client.

Riley Todd

Riley Todd is a Farm and Ranch real estate professional dedicated to helping clients buy and sell land anywhere in Texas. Raised on a small cattle ranch and shaped by years spent outdoors, Riley brings a practical, working understanding of land, livestock, and the rural lifestyle to every transaction. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Leadership and a minor in Agricultural Economics, he began pursuing a path focused on ranch and rural property.
Riley has had the opportunity to hunt and travel in different parts of the United States, as well as take several trips to Africa. Through those experiences, he has met people from many different backgrounds, learned from landowners, guides, and managers across various regions, and built meaningful connections within the outdoors community. Those interactions have shaped his appreciation for land, wildlife, and the people who care for it, all of which influence how he works with clients today.
Outside of real estate, Riley works for Sky Senderos, a thermal drone wildlife survey company that provides accurate wildlife counts and mapping. Their technology helps landowners better understand game populations, monitor habitat use, and make informed management decisions. Riley’s experience with these surveys gives him an additional perspective that benefits clients who want clearer, data driven insight into their property.
Riley also handles all of his own listing photography, videography, and drone work to ensure each property is represented accurately and professionally. Known for his straightforward and easy to work with approach, he focuses on keeping the process clear, efficient, and tailored to each client’s goals.

Holly Van Cleve

Holly Van Cleve is a 5th generation South Texan and grateful for her ranching heritage. Growing up on a small ranch and managing her own, she has extensive awareness of ranching, hunting, and oil and gas industries. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sul Ross State University. She then began her vast experience as a Petroleum Landman, which taught her valuable lessons that contributed to her understanding of the real estate business.
For over 30 years, she has assisted with her family’s feed store in Carrizo Springs which has greatly influenced her knowledge of hunting, farming, and ranching. Her passion and enthusiasm helps her guide and assist buyers and sellers in today’s market. Holly has a lifelong familiarity with the land, the people who live it, and those who love it.

Jon Cluck, Jr.

Jon Cluck, Jr. lives in Fredericksburg, TX with his wife Baylie and their two children. He graduated from Texas A&M University and went on to graduate from the TCU Ranch Management Program. After many years working on ranching operations throughout Texas, Jon transitioned from managing ranches to selling them. With a background in land and livestock management and an education in agriculture and business administration, Jon has the knowledge and skills needed to support buyers and sellers of farm and ranch land throughout the state of Texas.
