Pepe Guerra brings a lifelong connection to Texas land, agriculture, and ranching to his real estate career. A graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in Animal Science in 1983, Pepe grew up in McAllen and remains deeply rooted in South Texas through his family’s ranch in the Fremont/Alice area. He obtained his real estate license in October 1999 and has spent more than two decades helping clients navigate ranch, land, and real estate transactions with knowledge, integrity, and a strong work ethic. As a proud member of the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Pepe stays actively involved in the ranching community and values the relationships he has built throughout the industry. Above all, he is most proud of his family, his twin daughters, who recently graduated from high school, and his son, who is currently in high school, whose accomplishments continue to inspire him every day.
