Great south Texas recreational hunting ranch. This high fenced ranch is easily accessible being about 15 minutes northwest of Crystal City.

Wildlife: Located in the famed Golden Triangle the area is known for producing large native whitetail deer. The ranch has game typically found in the area including the usual south Texas varmints. The soil consist of mostly Cotulla, Uvalde, Cochina and Pryor clay, which provide a good diversity of native brush essential for the wildlife.

Water: The ranch has one irrigation water well. The water well is a shared well with the Seller and the property he is retaining property across the road. There is a tank that has been dug behind the house with a large covered pier in place. The tank is currently dry, but can be filled with the irrigation well. There are 6 water troughs, which water the wildlife and a few cattle that are on the place.
