Topography: The landscape of the La Encantada varies from gently rolling terrain with some Red Sandy loam soil to sandier soils with virgin brush motts containing huge mesquites, ebony, brazil, granjeno, and huisache in the bottomland. There are a few scattered oak trees on the part of the property.
Wildlife: La Encantada Ranches, blessed with excellent wildlife habitat, hold an abundance of Deer, loads of Quail, Dove, Turkey, Hogs, and even a few Nilgai often appear roaming the ranch. Varmints such as Coyotes, Bobcats, and Raccoons are also there.
Improvements & Water: All the properties have electricity, and some of them have water wells. A water well can be arranged before purchase. Several natural pond areas hold water during wet weather. These can be enhanced and made into earthen tanks.
