Wildlife: With 2 sides currently high fenced, this ranch is perfect for a high fenced operation or keep as is and continue to hunt the great native low fenced genetics. Whitetail in the 160’s and better have been seen and harvested on this ranch over the last 10 years. This ranch is currently under MLD III and has been intensely managed. Other native South Texas game can also be found on the property including mountain lions, hogs, javelina, quail, dove, turkey, ducks, and more.
Water: There is 600 acres that can be irrigated from the Maverick County Water District using the canal that runs the entire eastern edge. Aside from that, there are also multiple surface ponds that hold water that provide excellent sources of water for wildlife and migratory ground for ducks and sandhill cranes.
