Size & Location: Located 24 miles north of Brackettville off FM 674 and bordering the Kickapoo Caverns State Park. The Sycamore Creek Ranch is 647 acres.

General: The Sycamore Creek Ranch is a low fenced hill county hunting and recreational ranch with much of the improvements and personal touches already in place. The hill country is known for lots of deer and also many varying species of free ranging exotics. The elevation varies and the hills have an elevation that can be from 1400 feet to over 2000 feet.

Wildlife: This area is rich in wildlife given the terrain and location. White-tailed deer are most common and plentiful but there is a nice population of Axis deer. Being this ranch is low fenced one may not ever know what could all of a sudden show up. There have been reports of Aoudad, sika deer, hogs, and last year there was a free ranging Nilgai taken during a limited youth hunt next door at the 6,400 acre Kickapoo Caverns State Park.
