The dense brush is traversed by ample ranch roads, Senderos, and trails, convenient access to all parts of the ranch. Location: The ranch is located 14 miles NE of San Diego, Tx. Take CR 103 NW out of town and then take a left down CR 104. CR 104 is a well-maintained dirt county road. You will take this road for about 10 miles until you hit the gate. From there, there is a 1-mile easement road into the property.

Other Items: A high drive truck, tractor, and the majority of the furniture will convey with the property. There are eight blinds, two being ground blinds and multiple protein and corn feeders that will also convey with the property.
