This hunting and cattle ranch is absolutely gorgeous. Located between La Gloria and Rio Grande City with huge mesquite trees, virgin brush, large neighbors, a great native deer herd and Axis deer inside a high fence. It has easy access as the property has frontage on Alaniz road.
Improvements:
There are 8 new separate breeding pens each with a shed for shade located north of the barn located towards the front portion of the ranch. The barn has an enclosed area for storage with a concrete floor. An electric water well with a submersible pump supplies the property water to two water troughs in the back pasture as well as to each pen. Two large blinds and several protein and corn feeders are included.
